Task 1

你最想学的人,什么

Sample response

The person I really would like to learn is my uncle. I think I would like to learn his character, basically two-one is that he always want to try something new; another is that he has a wide range of interests. All these features make him a very successful man both for work and for his life. Form trying new things he’s always been learning and improving technology and skills which help a lot to his work and never being out. Also, he enjoys stamps collecting and photographing, which he could have thing to do when geting bored at work. I think this kind of life is  much healtier.

 

Task 2

是否应该16前也接受教育

I think it is necessary for students to go to school under 16 years old. The main reason is that it is a good place for kids to learn rules effectively. Schools could provide an environment to ask kids follow some rules. For example, learning when to interrupt others and to rise up his or her own questions in a polite way. I mean, if kids are learning together, they will learn more or be influenced more than learning at home lonely. Also, school might give children a relative correct direction to guide them. If they learn at home, parents might need to find qualified teachers, otherwise, kids might be mislead by others.

The university is supposed to install two personal computers in the lobby floor in the dormitory building for students to use, but there will be a ‘ten-minute’ restriction for each user. The girl thinks it could be a good idea. First, she thinks that it would save their time to go to the computer room. Another reason is that, she would be really happy for the time restriction, because if one student occupies too much time, others would have to wait for long. This might cause some problems. But 10 minutes sounds reasonable.

The professor gives out two examples to illustrate two types of transfer-one is called positive transfer and another is called negative transfer. Basically, these are two opposite concept. Positive transfer is that people’s preference for doing thing will be influenced by previous experience positively. When the professor himself was little, he used not to look at the keyboard when learning to play piano. Therefore, when he grew up learning typing in high school, he also was not used to watching keyboard. While, sometimes, it could cause negative effects. His friends preferred to read very loudly in drama performances, but after he then became a movie actor, he cannot avoid being loud when performing.

 

Task 5

【学生困难】女生的trip取消但是车费付了。

方案一:男生建waterfall 

方案二:或者去natural博物

Sample response

The girl was supposed to go for a trip, but it seems that the trip might be cancelled. The problem is that, she has paid the travel fee. The man gives out two solutions. One is that she could change to go to the waterfall. Another solution is that she could go to the natural museum instead. If I were her, I would choose the second solution. First reason is that normally going to the natural museum would be much convenient than going to the natural scenery. Because the museum might be in the city and she needn’t worry about the transportation reservation.

【讲课要点】

两种types的feather的各自影响,以loon bird为例

The lecture is mainly about two types of birds especially the their feather influenced them. The professor takes loon bird as an example to illustrate this.
