用词重复方面：

1.我擅长画画，他擅长阅读。

×错误：I'm good at painting pictures and he's good at reading books.

√正确：I'm good at painting and he's (good at) reading.

2.我国是历史悠久的大国。

×错误：Our country is a great country with a long history.

√正确：Ours is a great country with a long history.

固定搭配使用不当

3. 我的舞也跳得不好。

×错误：I don't dance well too.

√正确：I am not a very good dancer either.

4.我没有经验。

×错误：I have no experience.

√正确：I am afraid I don’t know much about that.

简单直译

5.他的身体很健康。 

×错误：His body is healthy.

√正确：He is in good health./ He’s healthy.

6.他的课给我们带来很多快乐。

×错误：His classes bring us a lot of happiness.

√正确：His classes make us so happy.

√正确：His classes really brighten us up.

7.看到这幅画让我想到了我的童年时代。

×错误：The sight of these pictures made me remember my own childhood.

√正确：The sight of these pictures reminded me of my own childhood.

8. 吸烟有害健康。

×错误：Smoking is harmful for your body.

√正确：Smoking is harmful for your health.

语法错误

9. 我想我不行。

×错误：I think I can't.

√正确：I don't think I can.

这一组是个习惯问题，在语法上称为否定前置，这就是汉语里面说“我想我不会”的时候，英语里面总是说“我不认为我会”。

10. 用英语怎么说？

×错误：How to say in English?

√正确：How do you say this in English?

How to say并不是最为地道的英语说法。同样的句子有：“How do you spell that please？/ How do you pronounce this word。
