    First, let’s have a look at the sports in Britain.

    The British love competitive sports. For the most of the British public, the eight months of the football season are very important. Professional football is always a big business and every town has at least one professional football club. The English Premier League draws global television audiences, and Michael Owen and David Beckham have become worldwide stars.

Partly due to the excessive drinking in the pubs, Britain also produces some infamous hooligans, who have become increasing headaches for police officers in Europe.
