2013年10月份的基础口译考试已经结束，不知道同学们都考得如何呢？上午的口语口译考试总体而言水平适中，passage reading比较简单，free talk部分认真上课的同学不会觉得题目难入手，而最后的口译部分，考生们纷纷表示难度没有预期的大，有些题目甚至是书上原题。下面分题型进行解析。

Passage Reading：

话题是关于日本的食品发展，长难词很少，整篇文章难度不高，要做到读得准确流畅并不太难。

Free Talk：

People should not allow television to have control over their lives

这个题目和同学们的生活息息相关，很好入手，容易展开思路。同学们只需要按照老师上课时传授的思路，分论点一一论述，并加入适当例子进行补充，相信是可以应对自如的。

  With the improvement of people’s living standard, television is available to every one of us. Television has played a crucial role in our lives. We like the TV programs which can broaden our horizons and increase our knowledge. Besides, children will enjoy the pleasure with their parents during the dinner time. In spite of the happiness it brings to us, we should be clear the fact that watching television may has a negative effect on us.

  First of all, most people, especially students, waste a great deal of time on TV. It influences badly on their studies. Nowadays, TV has become people’s constant companion. Eating in front of the TV starts a bad habit and strengthens our dependence on television. It is more important for us to understand the real meaning of life instead of holding the remote control.

  Secondly, watching too much TV will be bad for our eyes and health. When we watch TV, we will eat unhealthy food such as potato chips which will increase our weight and cause cancer. Prolonged exposure to the TV screen will hurt eyes. So, we must not watch TV all the time.

  In a word, watching television will give us a better chance to see the world. But we should not let it control our lives any more.

English-Chinese Sentence Interpretation:

难度与过去持平，有部分句子是教程上的原句，所以跟从老师的复习计划，在考前好好做过两遍教程的同学答起题目来一定胸有成竹。

本段围绕老龄化问题展开。这个话题我们在课堂上不止一遍提到并且练习过。那么对此关键词有了一定的背景知识做基础，同学们翻译起来就不会脱离话题太远了。

Chinese-English Sentence Interpretation:

中译英部分同样有题目出自教程，句子结构分析和关键词翻译是考官要考察的。一些词或短语在理解其意后，可用自己熟悉的词来进行翻译
