As we can see from the picture, the boy is always staring at the computer screen whatever the weather is. He is totally addicted to the net world and not attempt to stop, however, even feel dizzy and sleepy. In recent years, the Internet has been gaining so much popularity. Simultaneously, it occupies too much of our time. It’s necessary for us to spend time reasonably, or it will bring us much trouble.

In the first place, the Internet brings us much convenience and efficiency. It is quite understandable that we take too much spirit in sending E-mails, working out plans and dealing with financial problems, which leads to the physical disease for the lack of exercises.

In the second place, sitting before the computer makes us neglect the beautiful scene around us. We are used to enjoying the world through the net instead of our eyes. Although the Internet spreads the latest information to all over the world, it also has a strong and unfair impact on how we judge the hot topic.

All in all, I completely agree that too much surfing the Internet will give rise to physical and mental problems. Something should be done if excessive addiction is found. It also results in various negative influence such as computer crimes. Everyone should be protected under the negative effects of the Internet.
