书信的内容应包括以下内容：

1. 你写信的目的；

2. 你能为交换生提供的内容；

3. 你希望从此过程中学到些什么。

Dear Mr. Li,

I have learned that several exchange students are studying in our school recently and that our school is looking for accommodation for them. I am writing to you to express my willingness to put one male exchange student up at my home.

On one hand,he can enjoy his stay at my home thanks to the following reasons. First of all,a spacious guest, whose windows face south, is at his disposal. He can embracea new day with sunshine, making him energetic. In addition, a laptop, a printer and high-speed Wi-Fi are all available to him, creating a learning-friendly environment.Last but not least, the exchange student can enjoy various traditional cuisines that I cook for him, which I think can strengthen our friendship.

On the other hand, I wish to learn something from him as well. I have always been hoping to communicate with a foreign peer, but such chances are rare.Therefore, I will make full use of this opportunity to practice my oral English as much as possible. We will talk about everything, from curricular life to extracurricular life, from academic learning to recreational activities.

In conclusion, an exchange student at my home is beneficial to both of us. I hope that my suggestions can be taken into consideration and I am really looking forward to your reply.
