Dear manager, 

It is known to all that Mobike has been coming into use for almost half a year. Opinions from all walks of people varies. Here is a brief feedback about merits and demerits from our users for your reference.

First of all, when registering the Mobike account number, users need to pay as high as 299 RMB as a deposit, which is unacceptable and unnecessary for most working people, especially for those who want to save money in transportation. Consequently, is cutting part of this money possible?

But at the same timey, people who succeed in registering Mobike give a high appraisal on the overall experience and its environmental concept. We can easily find out the orange colour and locate where it is. 

Simultaneously, there are also some people are complaining about the scanning system, for sometimes it’s hard to recognize the QR code. What’s worse, some of bikes are even poured by the roadside. And Mobike may be not suitable for the long-distance riders, as part of the users observed that they are too heavy and difficult to control.

Finally, with the rapid change of our city, Mobike or such like bikes will soon occupy every corner of our streets. It is not only a signal of development but also a challenge of the wisdom for the city administers. How we can keep the balance of high-efficient life and environmental protection is a serious issue to settle, which is also a problem for every citizen to think about.
