Dear teacher:

I am Lining, a student’s form our school English club, I heard that the New year’s party will be held on the evening of Oct,31. Most people are looking forward to it and indulged in the happiness from it. Here are my suggestions about this activity.

First of all, we select “New Year, New Look” as the topic of this activity, implying a new brand and new start of our students in this party. Since we have 600yuan, I think, to make our party a wonderful one, 100yuan should be used to buy some color bars and other decorative bells which are necessary. Second, food, water and gifts for students will cost 200yuan. During the preparation stage, 4 students will be selected as the hosts, and in this part, we need 100yuan to rent their cloth. There will be all kinds of activities, in which the rest of the money will be used, such as dancing, singing, and playing games. We are going to collect these programs form different classes. So, 30 people will be divided to be responsible for different tasks.

The most exciting program will be the exchange of presents which is at the end of our party. We all wish to have a fruitful year, I think we can suggest our students make a plan for it, we will keep it as a secret for one year, and this time next year they can come here again to check whether their wishes they made last year has come true or not.
