--气候温和，但也不总是宜人的。It’s mild, but it’s not always pleasant.

2. --你最喜欢哪个季节？Which season do you like best?

--我最喜欢春季和夏季。因为此时白天长而夜晚短，太阳升得早而落得晚。 I like spring and summer. The days are long and the nights are short. The sun rises early and sets late.

   --早上，我爸爸通常去上班，我通常去上学。我妈妈通常在家做家务。In the morning, my father usually goes to work and I usually go to school. My mother usually does the housework at home.

经典句型：

The children go to school by car every day, but today, they are going to school on foot. 孩子们每天都乘小汽车去上学，而今天，他们正步行上学。

重点语法：

钟点的表达法

1) 整点时间：在钟点数后直接加o’ clock 即可，也可省略。

2) 非整点时间：

   ① 顺读  即：先读钟点数，再读分钟数，数字直接读出

   ② 逆读  即：先读分钟数，再读钟点数

情况一：当分钟数小于等于30 时，用“分钟数+past+钟点数”

情况二：当分钟数大于30时，用“分钟数（60减去已知分钟数）+to+钟点数（已知钟点数+1）”

实用对话：

1. --现在是早上十点，索耶夫人今天上午在做什么？

     It’s ten o’clock. What is Mrs. Sawyer doing this morning?

    --上午，索耶夫人通常是呆在家里的，但今天上午，她正去商店买东西。

    Mrs. Sawyer usually stays at home in the morning, but this morning, she is going to the shops.

2. --孩子们现在在做什么？What are the children doing at the moment?

   --他们没在做作业，他们在花园里玩。At the moment, they are not doing their homework, they are playing in the garden.

have的用法

have的意思相当于“拥有”、“具有”；have/has可以替代一些普通动词，表示多种意思，如：吃午饭eat lunch/ have one’s lunch；休息take/ have a rest

实用对话：

1. --请给我拿几个信封。I want some envelopes, please.

   --您要大号的还是小号的？Do you want the large size or the small size?

2. --我只有小盒的。您要一盒吗？I only have small boxes. Do you want one?

   --不了，谢谢。No, thank you.

3. --就要这些吗？Is that all?

   --就这些，谢谢。That’s all, thank you.
